After graduation from Seton Hall University in 1969 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Lance Incitti established a dual career in the Army Reserve and the retail loss prevention fields. In the Army Reserve he rose to the rank of Captain and held both line and staff positions at the company and battalion levels. In the retail security industry, he held various positions with Macy's, Plymouth Shops, and Saks Fifth Avenue and in 1987 ended his corporate career as one of the first Vice Presidents of Loss Prevention for Gimbels New York and Philadelphia Divisions. During his years in the corporate world Lance earned the CPP designation by exam.
Since 1987, he and his wife Ruth have owned an executive search firm specializing in the placement of asset protection and security professionals in multiple industries both nationally and internationally. In March of 2012 Lance tested for and earned the Loss Prevention Foundation’s prestigious LPC designation and a CCIP (Certified Cyber Information Professional). Over his tenure as an executive recruiter, he has placed over 800 professionals the retail, healthcare, manufacturing and e-comm sectors. Lance’s goal as an executive recruiter is to improve the lives of the candidates and clients he represents.
Since 1987 Lance is an active Kiwanis volunteer and has served Kiwanis at the local state and at the international level served as President of the Kiwanis International Foundation and served a three-year term as a Kiwanis International Trustee.
