Dr. Lyszczarz is the Assistant Group Leader of the Chemical, Biological, and
Nanoscale Technologies Group at MIT
Lincoln Laboratory. This group brings
together physicists, chemists, biologists,
and electrical engineers to research
problems in chem-bio defense, diagnostic
and forensic analysis, and sensors and
signal processing. Dr. Lyszczarz’s interests
include electronic and photonic silicon
integrated circuits and microelectromechanical
systems, from both a design and
fabrication perspective. He has experience
with nanoscale fabrication technologies
such as optical and electron-beam lithography.
He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.
degrees in electrical engineering and
computer science from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
