About the webinar
According to a study by the Gallup Organization, actively disengaged employees cost U.S. companies $450 billion to $550 billion in lost productivity each year. These costs are the result of low employee productivity, low client satisfaction, and high employee turnover. In the security industry - a high labor cost industry - employee turnover is a particularly challenging problem that can add significantly to a company’s labor costs. This webinar addresses the root causes of low employee engagement and provides practical ideas (many requiring virtually no financial investment) on how to improve satisfaction.

Learning objectives

Numerous studies and the Gallup Organization have identified the key employee experiences and interactions that greatly impact employee engagement. Participants of the webinar will:

  • Learn about the 12 elements of employee engagement
  • Identify areas of opportunity for improving engagement
  • Discover cost-effective ways to improve engagement within their own organizations

By becoming aware of ways to improve engagement, participants discover a set of tools to reduce employee turnover, absenteeism, and workplace theft while increasing client satisfaction and improving employee productivity.

Intended audience

  • In-house directors of security and their management teams
  • Contract security managers and supervisors.
  • Content is particularly relevant to owners and managers / supervisors who either work with front-line works and have an impact on their work experiences or who have the authority and ability to address cultural issues within their organization.
