Speaker Information:

Lisa Palmieri works for the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Intelligence and Analysis and is assigned to the Commonwealth Fusion Center (CFC) in Massachusetts. Her duties include ensuring that information and intelligence flow bi-directionally between public and private sector entities at the state and local level and the Department of Homeland Security. Previously, Ms. Palmieri was a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst for the Massachusetts State Police at the CFC. Her previous experience includes work as both analyst supervisor and analyst working on complex white collar crime investigations at the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts, and as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst at the New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN). Ms. Palmieri started her career in military intelligence with the U.S. Army, and was later a civilian debriefer for the British Ministry of Defense in West Berlin. She is currently the President of the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA).
